Two-Way Feedback System
By creating a client account on GlowUp, you acknowledge and agree that professionals may leave feedback about you after completed appointments. This feedback may include information about punctuality, payment, and overall conduct. This two-way feedback system helps build trust and accountability within our community. Feedback left by professionals is visible to you in your client dashboard and may be used by other professionals when considering booking requests. GlowUp reserves the right to remove inappropriate or abusive feedback at our discretion.
Content Moderation
GlowUp reserves the right to remove, modify, or delete any content at our sole discretion, including but not limited to professional profiles, photos, videos, reviews, credentials, and any other user-submitted materials.
